Anyone Having a Problem With My Site

If there is anyone out there who is having trouble with my web site I would appreciate a heads up on this. I received a kick back e-mail about someone who signed my mailing list that their address was not accepted. I am new to this stuff so if anyone can enlighten me it would be appreciated.
